Effective: 17 October 2026
This app is a private, invite-only application operated by an individual ("the Operator"). It is not a public service, it is not a consumer product, and it is not offered or operated by any company. Any names or logos shown inside the app are labels only; they do not identify a business, and no company stands behind the app. This policy explains, in plain words, what the app keeps about you.
Everything you do in the app is recorded — the pages you open, the buttons you press, the searches you make, and the messages you send. These records are kept as a permanent activity history, and the Operator can review them at any time. You can see your own history inside the app. By using the app, you accept this recording.
The app stores your display name, your username, and — if you add one — your profile picture. Your password is stored only as a salted one-way hash; nobody can read it, including the Operator. The app also notes the kind of device you sign in from, so sign-ins can be recognized.
Messages you send inside the app are stored, so the conversation can be shown to you and to the person you wrote to. Like everything else in the app, they form part of the activity record described above.
Everything in this app is confidential — its contents, its functions, and anything you see or receive through it. You must not disclose, copy, or share any of it with anyone outside the app, as set out in the Terms of Use, which every member accepts. The Operator treats your account information the same way: it is never sold, never used for advertising, and is visible only to you and the Operator. The companies that host the app process data only so the app can run. Information would be disclosed only if the law required it.
What the app does, and which functions any given account can see or use, is decided by the Operator and can differ from one account to another. Functions may be hidden, added, changed, or removed at any time. This policy does not describe or promise any particular function.
The Operator can disable or remove accounts at any time. If you want your account information corrected, or your account removed, contact the Operator from inside the app (Messages). Activity records may be retained in the Operator's records even after an account is removed.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date, and you may be asked to accept it inside the app.
Questions about this policy: contact the Operator from inside the app (Messages).
